Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our team in Guildford. You will conduct a full range of asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, providing specialist technical advice and accurate survey reporting.

The role requires BOHS P402 qualification, solid surveying experience, and a full UK driving licence. It is a full-time, permanent position with a base salary of 32,000–45,000 plus OTE up to 51,000 with weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
• Solid practical experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, and/or industrial environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, and Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across properties per HSG264 and SOPs.
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited facilities.
• Complete detailed survey reports and floor plan drawings using electronic survey software.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing technical guidance and specialist advice.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading compliance and surveying practice. In this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties while supporting clients with specialist technical advice and accurate survey reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognized equivalent).
• Solid practical experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, and/or industrial environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
