Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a qualified asbestos surveyor to perform comprehensive surveying duties around Watford and regional sites. The role covers domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and precise reporting.

You will conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264, collect samples, generate reports and site drawings, and advise clients with expert guidance. A UK driving licence and DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognized equivalent) is required.
• Demonstrated background in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required for travel across regional client sites).
• Strong dedication to quality control, high safety standards, and clear reporting.
• Appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory employment references.
