Job summary

Grant Ward Personnel Ltd is assisting a well-regarded London nursery in recruiting an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to guide a room team and provide the children with a strong start.

You will lead and mentor practitioners, plan EYFS-aligned activities, act as key person, liaise with parents, and support daily room operations, with clear progression toward Deputy/Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an early years setting; leadership/room experience desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
• Right to work in the UK.
