Willing Care Recruitment Limited is supporting a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Fleet to appoint an experienced Level 3 Deputy Nursery Manager. You will help lead a passionate team and ensure high standards of care and early years education.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior early years role.
• Experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare and early years education.
• Ensure compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted requirements.
• Support staff through coaching, supervisions, and ongoing professional development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor the quality of practice throughout the nursery and drive continuous improvement.
• Take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence.

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll help lead a passionate team, maintain exceptional standards of care and education, and support the continued success of this well-established nursery.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a senior early years role.
• Experience as a
• Deputy Nursery Manager is preferred, although exceptional
• Room Leaders or
• Third in Charge candidates looking to progress are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
