CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse for a leading neurological service in Chigwell, Essex. The role combines clinical and managerial duties, with 37.5 hours per week across 50% clinical and 50% management tasks.

The successful candidate must be an RGN with an active NMC pin and strong neuroexperience at Charge Nurse or Ward Sister level. Salary is £42,000–£43,000 per annum, paid monthly.

This is a fantastic neurological service which delivers specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy services for people with complex long-term neurological conditions

As the Charge Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Delegate nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit and coordinate with other teams
• Monitor service users’ conditions and respond to changes
• Supervise other members within the team's unit and provide guidance and support
• Make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
• Be liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, with effective communication and collaboration

The successful Charge Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £42,000 - £43,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week *50% clinical and 50% managerial*
