Jupiter Recruitment seeks an experienced Charge Nurse for a premier neurological service in Chigwell, Essex. You will oversee nursing responsibilities, delegate tasks, monitor patients, and liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an RGN with active NMC Pin and strong neuro experience at Charge Nurse/Ward Sister level. Salary is around £43,000 per annum, with 37.5 hours weekly and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN with active NMC Pin and strong neuro experience.
• Experience leading a team in complex neurological/respiratory care environment.
• Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Delegate nursing tasks to Nurses in the unit and coordinate with other teams.
• Monitor service users' conditions and respond to changes.
• Supervise other team members and provide guidance and support.
• Make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling and resources.
• Liaise between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals with effective communication.
