Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence. You’ll use resourcefulness to keep everything running smoothly, with an early start at 04:30 and a late finish at 21:00.
