Job summary

Costa Coffee in Brynmawr, Wales, is hiring a Team Leader to energise and support the shift. You will train new Baristas, motivate the team and uphold coffee excellence and service standards.

You'll need to be a reliable role model with strong communication, and enjoy leading others in a fast-paced store. Flexible shifts and a focus on teamwork are included as part of your role at Costa Coffee.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a store team.
• Ability to train and develop Baristas and maintain standards.
• Energetic, positive, and calm under pressure.
