Job summary

Fabulous High Street Fashion in Maidstone is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving strong commercial results. You will inspire and guide your team to deliver outstanding service, achieve sales targets, and create a confident, well-styled customer journey.

As Store Manager, you will set the standard in store operations, make strategic and day-to-day decisions, coach and develop staff, and maintain the brand's premium image.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience within fashion retail.
• Experience in Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager role.
• Coaching, developing and motivating teams to succeed.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience analysing KPIs and driving sales performance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
