Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd in Exeter seeks an experienced Business Manager to lead a small team across sales, order processing, technical support, production, finance, HR and marketing. You will convert strategy into practical goals, drive improvements and keep customer commitments on track.

Working with the Managing Director, you will shape how we work, develop the team and create visible improvements for staff and customers, with potential to progress to General Manager.

About The Role:

The company is looking for a proactive Business Manager who enjoys leading people, making operations run smoothly and turning ideas into practical improvements.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will utilise the skills and experience of a small team covering sales, order processing, technical support, production, finance, HR & marketing to translate strategy into operational goals and drive them through to success. You will help people work well together, keep customer commitments on track and use performance information to improve the business.

This is a role for a good people manager, who is also organised, level-headed and has a natural drive to continuously improve their environment. There is real scope to influence how we work, develop the team and make improvements that staff and customers can see. If you make your mark, there is genuine scope for the role to develop into a General Manager position.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum basic with on-target performance-based bonus with an OTE of £50,000.00 - £55,000.00.
