Recruitment Helpline Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fenestration Business Manager to lead a small team across sales, orders, production, and support functions in Exeter.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor performance, and drive improvements while maintaining strong customer commitments. You will work closely with the MD to organise priorities, develop staff, and optimise operations with a clear focus on profitability and service excellence.

• Understanding of sales, customer service and operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the team with clear expectations and reviews.
• Coordinate sales, processing and production priorities.
• Review margins and costs with MD and drive performance improvements.
• Improve enquiry handling, quotations, orders and after-sales service.
• Work with factory/tech managers on capacity, training and stock priorities.
• Simplify admin and strengthen use of business systems.
• Provide hands-on operational support alongside management duties.
