Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales team in Epsom. You will manage stock, drive sales performance and ensure compliance across operations.

The role features a company car, weekend hours with a day off in lieu, and a focus on growth as the team expands from 5 to 8 members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales department operations.
• Take ownership of vehicle sourcing, stock levels and stock management.
• Ensure vehicle preparation and photography meet required standards.
• Monitor departmental budgets, performance measures and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales processes, documentation and compliance standards.
• Support effective sales-floor operations alongside the Sales Controller.
• Help develop the department as the sales team grows from 5 to 8 people.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager, Car Sales Manager or Dealership Sales Manager to join a growing dealership in Epsom. Applicants should have strong motor trade sales management experience, with good knowledge of stock management, sales performance, compliance and dealership operations.

Company Car: Included

Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu. Sundays on a rota, 10:00am-4:00pm
