Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a New Car Sales Manager in Croydon to lead the sale of new cars to private and corporate clients from a modern dealership. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.

The role offers a 45-hour week (Mon-Sat), with a base salary of £37,500 plus an OTE of up to £70,000, plus bonus, training, benefits and a company car.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive/vehicle industry required.
• Based in or commutable to Croydon.
• Willing to work 45 hours per week including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Sell new cars to individuals and corporate clients from the dealership.
• Escort customers through the sales process and close deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
