Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is seeking a Vehicle Technician for an established automotive dealership in Emsworth, Hampshire. The role provides a 40-hour week with some Saturdays on rotation and opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within a large group.

Salary starts with a basic up to £36,000, dependent on experience, with an OTE around £38,000 via performance bonuses. Staff discounts on services and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment to locate and resolve faults efficiently.
• Carry out MOT repairs and assessments as a Vehicle Technician.
• Fit tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension, and other mechanical components.
• Assist with fast-fit services, including wheel alignments and tyre fitting.
• Maintain accurate repair records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide customers with advice on vehicle maintenance and future repairs.
