Job summary

Connect Appointments is seeking a Production Operative for a temporary position with the chance of permanent employment in a food production setting in Scotland.

You will operate machinery, load/unload the line, and conduct quality checks on herb and spice products, with heavy lifting as required.

The role offers a pay rate of £12.71 per hour, paid weekly, and requires reliable production experience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What's on offer?

• Temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment

Night shift:

Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am

Back shift:

Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm

Day shift:

Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm

• £12.71 per hour - paid weekly

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Safely operating machinery within a food production environment
• Loading and unloading the production line and picking and packing herb and spice products
• Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
• Heavy manual handling as required

To be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:
