Job summary

Newly Weds Foods is seeking Production Operatives to join our Blending Department in Ossett, United Kingdom. This hands-on role requires teamwork, reliability and a strong work ethic in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will weigh, mix and handle raw materials, perform manual handling of bags up to 25 kg, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in daily production targets. Training provided and opportunities to develop your skills within a supportive team.

Join Our Blending Team

We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our Blending Department. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, where teamwork, commitment, and a strong work ethic are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating within the blending production area
• Weighing, mixing, and handling raw materials
• Manual handling and lifting of bags weighing up to 25kg
• Working safely and following company procedures
• Maintaining quality standards and production targets
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Supporting colleagues to achieve team goals

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

Shift Patterns Available

Days (FIXED)

• Wednesday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays

Rotating Days & Nights (FIXED)

• Monday & Tuesday Days, 6:00am to 6:00pm
• Thursday & Friday Nights, 6:00pm to 6:00am

Permanent Nights (FIXED)

• Sunday to Wednesday
• 6:00pm to 6:00am
