Job summary

E3 Recruitment is recruiting a Production Operative for an Aldridge area site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6am–2:30pm, with overtime options and a temporary-to-permanent path after 12 weeks.

The position offers full training and development, 40 hours per week, and progression opportunities within a UK leading manufacturer. Starting pay is £12.71 per hour rising to £14.51 after 12 weeks, with a weekly bonus of £47, and overtime paid at 1.5x or 2x.

• Experience operating a forklift (FLT) for handling materials.

We are looking for Production Operatives in the area of Aldridge. The hours of work are Monday to Friday Days Only 6am - 2:30pm. This opportunity is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, with a fulltime contract offered after 12 weeks.

Immediate start is available and there is also overtime of x1.5 and x2 for those that want it. Permanent contracts are offered depending on Performance, Punctuality and Time Keeping.

• The production of high-quality products operating production machinery
• The manual packing and movement of heavy products

• Operations of a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team
• Ensure areas are inspected / maintained in accordance with local Health & Safety Standards and work within Standard Safe Operating Procedures
