Job summary

Quest Employment is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy meat processing site in Brackley. The role involves repetitive, hands-on work in a strong-smelling environment handling animal-based products, with 6:00am–6:00pm shifts on a rota basis.

You will support intake and production, load and handle products, and maintain hygiene, quality and safety standards while working as part of a team.

The Role

This role is based within a meat processing plant, supporting the movement and preparation of raw food products as part of the production process. The position involves repetitive, hands‑on work within a fast‑paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable carrying out manual tasks for extended periods.

Please note, this role involves working in a strong‑smelling environment and handling animal‑based products. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions.

• Able to work 12‑hour shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm)
• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
