Job summary

TUI Group in Dunstable is seeking a Senior Retail Manager to lead a large team in our Dunstable Superstore, becoming destination experts who recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products while delivering exceptional sales and service results.

You’ll work a varied pattern each week including weekends, bank holidays and evenings, and you’ll benefit from a commission and discretionary bonus schemes, holiday benefits, health and wellbeing support, career development, pension

• Lead by example and coach a large team to deliver exceptional sales and service.
• Support and develop the team to resolve questions or complaints promptly.
• Drive footfall and customer retention with a clear commercial plan.
• Work with various systems to exceed performance goals and enhance digital journeys.
• Inspire the team to exceed sales and service targets, in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’.
• Recruit and retain talent while maintaining high engagement and low attrition.
