Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking a Site Manager to lead a SHDF decarbonisation scheme with sites in Sheffield and Hull. You will travel between locations, ensuring high standards of health and safety and social housing compliance while directing the on-site team.

You'll manage planned works, coordinate with the Contracts Manager, and mentor staff to achieve quality outcomes and on-time delivery across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within social housing and construction.
• CSCS and SMSTS qualifications are required.
• Own transport with mileage included.
