Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking a Site Manager to lead de-carbonisation and refurbishment works on tenanted properties in Gloucester. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain strict health and safety standards, and communicate clearly with tenants and stakeholders to minimise disruption.

Ideal candidates will hold a Black CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness, with proven experience in social housing refurbishment, including damp and mould

Qualifications

• Black CSCS Card (Gold or White cards may be considered).
• SMSTS Certification.
• First Aid at Work.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Proven experience in social housing refurbishment, particularly in damp and mould remediation.
• Experience working in both void and occupied properties.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach with a focus on resident satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily site operations and ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintaining strict health & safety compliance on site.
• Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and clear communication.

With a strong track record in improving the quality of social housing, this contractor is committed to delivering safe, healthy, and sustainable homes for local communities, they are now recruiting a Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you'll be overseeing the delivery of De-Carbs and Refurb works on tenanted properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily site operations and ensuring smooth project delivery
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining strict health & safety compliance on site.
• Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and clear communication
