Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major social housing planned maintenance programme in South Birmingham. The role involves delivering a long-term contract with a mix of planned maintenance, refurbishment and energy efficiency works across occupied homes.

You will require SMSTS, CSCS Gold Card+, a full UK driving licence, and proven site management experience in social housing. The position is an ongoing contract with a competitive package.

We're currently recruiting forexperienced Site Managers to join a major social housing planned maintenance programme in South Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term contract delivering a significant programme of investment and improvement works across Birmingham's housing stock. The programme includes a combination of planned maintenance, refurbishment, improvement works and works to occupied residential properties, with a strong focus on improving the quality, safety and energy efficiency of residents' homes.

The Works

The wider programme covers a broad range of social housing investment and improvement works, meaning there is genuine variety across the contract.

Depending on your experience, this could include:

• Kitchen and bathroom replacements

• Internal and external refurbishment

• Roofing and building fabric works

• Windows and doors

• Planned maintenance programmes

• Void property refurbishment

• Energy efficiency and retrofit works

• General housing improvement and investment programmes

About You

We're looking for experienced Site Managers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume residential environment and understand what good delivery looks like when working in occupied homes.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing is essential

• Experience managing multiple sites or properties simultaneously

• SMSTS (essential)

• CSCS Gold Card and above

• Full UK driving licence
