Be Personnel Ltd in Scotland is recruiting for Chilled Processing Operatives to join a busy salmon processing team on the night shift. This full-time role involves working in a chilled environment and handling large volumes of salmon.

Starting pay is £14.02 per hour, rising to £14.52 after 12 weeks, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Benefits include subsidised transport from Alness, Inverness and Invergordon, 30 days holiday after probation, and opportunities for progression.

Chilled Processing Operator - Night Shift

Our Client, a hugely successful independent salmon farming and processing business, has opportunities available for Chilled Processing Operatives to join their team.

• Competitive wages of £14.02 per hour increasing to £14.52 per hour after 12 weeks based on performance and skills demonstrated
• Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate after 40 hours per week
• Full time hours - guaranteed minimum of 35 per week but likelihood of working 40
• Subsidized transport being available from Alness, Inverness and Invergordon

As a Chilled Processing Operative you will working in a chilled environment, with plenty of lifting and carrying large volumes of salmon so any successful candidate will be comfortable with large amounts of manual handling throughout the day.
