Be Personnel Ltd. is recruiting Production Operatives to join a seafood production team based near Dundee. The role includes working on a line to prepare Smoked, Infused and Fresh Salmon to customer specifications, with transport provided from Dundee.

We offer a competitive starting rate of £13.20 per hour, overtime at 1.5x, and a 2-2-3 shift pattern (06:00–18:30). Agency contract with potential for permanent employment for proven performers, plus 30 days annual leave after qualifying period.

• Experience in food processing preferred; training provided for other manual work.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of physical manual tasks.
• Flexible with working hours due to shift changes.

• 06.00 - 18.30 on a 2-2-3 pattern, (Monday and Tuesday working, off Wednesday and Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sunday working. Week 2, Off Monday and Tuesday, working Wednesday and Thursday and off Friday Saturday Sunday)

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to prepare Smoked, Infused and Fresh Salmon to customer specification.

The successful candidates will:

• Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment, however candidates who have manual work experience from within other industries will be considered as training will be provided
• Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
• Thrive working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
• Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
