Job summary

Be Personnel Ltd in Scotland is recruiting for Chilled Processing Operatives to join a busy salmon processing team on the night shift. This full-time role involves working in a chilled environment and handling large volumes of salmon.

Starting pay is £14.02 per hour, rising to £14.52 after 12 weeks, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Benefits include subsidised transport from Alness, Inverness and Invergordon, 30 days holiday after probation, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing or a manual work environment.
• Good time keeping and reliability is essential.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work in a chilled environment handling large volumes of salmon.
• Carry out routine processing tasks and maintain quality standards.
• Keep pace with production targets and safety guidelines.
• Shifts set Monday to Friday with start times between 5pm–7pm and finish times vary.
