Job summary

Be Personnel Ltd in Scotland's seafood hub is seeking Food Production Operatives to join a major Atlantic salmon producer. You will work on a line to prepare smoked, infused and fresh salmon to customer specifications, on a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 18:00 to 22:00 or 18:30 to 22:30, 20 hours per week.

Ideal candidates may have food processing experience; training provided. You should be reliable, punctual, work well under deadlines, and be physically capable.

• Experience in a food processing environment is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Physically capable due to the manual nature of the work.
• Flexible with shifts and potential changes based on business needs.

Be Personnel has immediate opportunities available for Food Production Operatives to work with our Client, one of the largest seafood companies in the world and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon!

Shifts available:

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to prepare Smoked, Infused and Fresh Salmon to customer specification.

The successful candidates will:

• Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment, however candidates who have manual work experience from within other industries will be considered as training will be provided
• Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
• Thrive working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
• Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
