Job summary

Be Personnel Ltd are recruiting for Fish Processing Operatives at our Oban plant, with transport available to and from site from local areas. This full-time role involves processing and preparing salmon products for dispatch, cleaning and gutting salmon, maintaining hygiene and safety, and working in a fast-paced team.

Starting rate £13.45 per hour with overtime at £20.18 per hour. Weekly pay via agency, 5 days out of 7 with Saturdays off, and free transport from Oban, Appin and Fort William.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key
• Degree of physical capability
• Excellent work ethic
• Flexible with regards to approach and working hours

Processing Operatives - Transport Available

Our Client is a pioneer in farming superior quality Scottish Salmon which is reared egg to plate right here in Scotland.

Opportunities are currently available at their Oban plant for fulltime Fish Processing Operative - with transport available to and from site from locations in and around the local area!

• A competitive standard starting rate of £13.45 per hour and overtime at £20.18 per hour

• 5 days out of 7 with Saturdays off, opportunity to do overtime on Sundays
• Starting times either at 6am or 8am depending on the department and finishing times between 2:30pm and 4:30pm
• FREE transportation option provided from Oban, Appin and Fort William

As a Fish Processing Operative you will:

• Processing and preparing the salmon products for dispatch
• Clean and gut fresh Salmon

The ideal Fish Processing Operatives will:

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is desirable although not essential where transferable skills apply
