Job summary

Norwa Care Solutions Ltd is hiring Care Assistants in Spalding & surrounding areas. The role is field-based with permanent full-time or contracted hours, arranged in advance by our bookings coordinator. Pay starts from £14.46 per hour including holiday pay, with opportunities for career progression.

We do not offer sponsorship. Applicants should have at least 6 months UK paid care experience, be able to commit to shifts, and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Be able to commit to shifts - we are a permanent staffing partner so commitment to shifts and continuity of staff is key
• Carers must have 6 months UK paid care experience
• DBS on the update service preferred - we can arrange for a DBS if required
• Must have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorship
• Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential if happy to travel up to an hour
• Practical Moving and Handling experience and willingness to complete a practical Moving and Handling course.
