Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support individuals living at home in Norwich and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care to help clients remain independent and safe within their own homes and local communities.

The role offers full or part-time hours with shifts from early morning to evening. Training is provided, and company cars are available for travel between visits; non-drivers can pair with a colleague.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and patient approach.
• Flexible and reliable with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Driving licence is desirable – company cars are available and non-drivers will travel with a colleague.
• Ability to support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care.
• Full, unrestricted UK Right to Work – please note there is no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to provide name & contact details of two references

Role: Care Assistant – Domiciliary Care

Location: Norwich/Norfolk

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Full or Part-Time

Shifts: Between 6AM – 9PM

Full training and induction provided, with opportunities for experienced and new to care!

We are looking for a Home Care Assistant to help individuals live as independently, confidently and safely as possible within their own homes and local communities.

This is a varied and meaningful role where you will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, preferences and goals.

Company cars are available to support you in carrying out your role and travelling between visits.If you do not drive, you will travel alongside a colleague to service users’ homes.

Full & Part-time roles are available.

You will be part of a supportive team, working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Person specification:
