Potens is hiring a Bank Support Worker for our Denbigh team. You will support adults with recovery-focused care and mental health needs in a residential setting with nursing.

We are recruiting a Bank Support Worker to join our established team in Denbigh.

What you’ll be doing:

The people we support are adults who may have recovery-focused person-centred care and/or mental health needs.

Support individuals on a daily basis with all aspects of their care.

Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.

Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.

This is within a residential service with nursing.

Who you are:

Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.

Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.

Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure

Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.

Must be flexible as this is a 24/7 service, working mainly days with some waking nights within the rota
