Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is recruiting Locum Consultant Psychiatrists in Community Psychiatry for UK-wide opportunities, with ASAP start and both short-term and long-term assignments available. Applicants must hold MBBS or equivalent, full GMC registration, Section 12/Section 22 eligibility, DBS/PVG clearance, and a CCT in Psychiatry; own transport and NHS experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Section 12/Section 22 and Approved/Responsible Clinician status (or eligibility).

• Experience in adult mental health settings.
• UK Right to Work.
• CCT in Psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant psychiatry services in community settings across the UK.
• Take on locum assignments aligning with client needs and availability.
• Support NHS mental health services with high-quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Section 12/Section 22 and Approved/Responsible Clinician status (or eligibility)
