As the Registered Manager, you will have full operational and regulatory responsibility for the service. You will lead high-performing teams, drive quality and compliance, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care at all times.
You will play a key role in developing positive service cultures, maintaining high standards, and ensuring excellent outcomes for the people we support.
The Bungalow is a registered residential home for 6 adults with learning disability, physical disability, epilepsy and sensory needs. Person centred care is very important to us at The Bungalow. As a team, we focus on theabilities of the people we support and promote learning of new skills, thereby promoting independence and an improved quality of life. We have an open culture where staff feel safe to challenge bad practise, learn from mistakes, share knowledge and lessons learnt. The people we support are involved in the day-to-day running of their home.
