CareTech in West Bromwich is seeking a Team Leader to provide person-centred support at Coles Lane, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will lead a team of support workers, deliver tailored care plans, promote independence and maintain records with accuracy.
We value compassionate, patient and reliable individuals who can work independently and within a team, communicate well, and adapt to changing needs.
Permanent | Full-time | 36 hours per week (rota-based)

Coles Lane is a supported living environment which provides care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism. Applicants will ideally have a background in supporting individuals with the above health needs and experience in either a supported living or residential background.
