Manpower UK is recruiting Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) and Pallet Truck Operators for a growing logistics operation at Crick, with a move to a brand-new Rugby site after January. The role runs 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on, 4 off nights pattern, at £15.83 per hour, with in-house FLT training available.

This temp-to-perm opportunity offers training, a supportive environment and clear career progression as the site expands.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team from the very beginning, supporting operations at the Crick site until January before transferring to a brand-new warehouse facility in Rugby.
