Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for a Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi) to join our client in Crick, Northamptonshire. The role involves operating a Forklift safely in a busy warehouse, loading, unloading, and preparing orders for dispatch.

You should have experience with Counterbalance, Reach, VNA, Bendi or Flexi FLTs, hold a valid FLT licence, and be reliable with good attention to detail. Weekly pay and ongoing long-term opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous Counterbalance, Reach, VNA, Bendi or Flexi FLT experience.
• Valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted).
• Basic level of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely within the warehouse.
• Prepare and sort orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Receive, check and book in stock accurately.
• Label goods for dispatch and move stock within the warehouse.
• Support Goods In and Goods Out operations.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi) to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, stable shifts, weekly pay, and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Forklift Driver, Bendi Driver or Flexi FLT Driver.

Rates of Pay

• £14.63 per hour

Shift Pattern

Your shift pattern as a Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi) - Crick will be:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties

Your duties as a Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi) are:

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and effectively within the warehouse
• Preparing and sorting orders ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Receiving, checking and booking in stock accurately
• Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
• Moving, storing and organising stock within the warehouse
• Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
• Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi) you will need:

• Previous Counterbalance, Reach, VNA, Bendi or Flexi FLT experience
• A valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted)
• A basic level of English, both spoken and written
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude
