Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting an experienced FLT Driver (Reach or Counterbalance) for a leading logistics operation in Rugby (CV23 9LP). 4 on, 4 off. Days: 6am–6pm (£14.55 per hour).

Nights: 6pm–6am (£15.88 per hour). Weekly pay and immediate starts available. As an FLT Driver you will operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance equipment, stock put-away, load and unload deliveries, move goods around the warehouse, and maintain accurate stock movements while following health and safety

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house or external licences accepted).
• Previous FLT/ forklift experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance equipment safely and efficiently
• Put stock away and replenish warehouse locations
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move goods throughout the warehouse and distribution centre
• Maintain accurate stock movements
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Meridian Business Support is recruiting experienced FLT Driver (Reach or Counterbalance) Operatives for a leading logistics and distribution operation based in Rugby (Dunchurch area).

Whether you've worked as a Forklift Driver, Reach Truck Driver, Counterbalance Driver or Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence, we'd like to hear from you.

As an FLT Driver (Reach or Counterbalance), you will:

• Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance equipment safely and efficiently
• Put stock away and replenish warehouse locations
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move goods throughout the warehouse and distribution centre
• Maintain accurate stock movements
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

To be successful as an FLT Driver (Reach or Counterbalance), you'll need:

• A valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house or external licences accepted)
• Previous experience as an FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, Reach Truck Driver or Counterbalance Driver
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Ability to complete a DBS check
• Own transport is essential due to the site location, as there is no public transport available to and from the site.
