Job summary

Driver Resource Recruitment is seeking an organised administrator to input and amend orders and delivery details in our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will validate customer information before bookings, liaise with depots, drivers, and planning teams to resolve issues, and keep customers updated when delays occur. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and proactive communication to minimise disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and amend orders, delivery details, and service requests in internal systems
• Validate customer information (addresses, access details, contacts, timescales) prior to booking
• Ensure documentation is complete and correct before release to operations
• Liaise with depots, drivers, subcontractors, and planning teams to resolve issues
• Update customers promptly where delays or issues occur
• Support re plans, failed delivery follow ups, and corrective actions
