Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in the United Kingdom is looking for a Warehouse Operator to handle deliveries, stock control, and order picking for both our stores and ecommerce platforms. You will ensure accurate paperwork, proper packing, and adherence to safety and quality standards within the warehouse environment.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, using equipment to store goods at height, conduct regular checks on machinery, and support stock replenishment and inventory accuracy across our

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and accept deliveries to our warehouse.
• Maintain relevant paperwork as orders are dispatched to stores and customers.
• Ensure stock is put away and replenished in accordance with company guidelines. This could include using machinery to put orders away (at height).
• Order picking for each of our businesses. This could include picking orders for stores, or individual customer orders for our ecommerce business.
• Packing orders for our online store. This includes making sure the correct products have been selected and sent, adding personalization (where needed), and wrapping purchases to a high standard.
• Feeding back any issues with orders or stock levels to colleagues and our Management Team, to make sure a quality service is provided to our customers.
• Keeping our warehouse clean, tidy, and organized, and shrinkage to a minimum level.
• Checking machinery and vehicles, and reporting any defects or issues as soon as possible.
• Delivering stock to our retail outlets using company vehicles (where agreed with the Warehouse Management Team, this could include making deliveries to our London sites)

Administration:

• Avoid loss through the efficient handling of product and packaging.
• Perform housekeeping duties, ensuring strict standards are maintained.
• Ensure Warehouse work is accurate and up to date.
• Support and assist on all stock counts.
