Royal Mail is seeking an AGV Subject Matter Expert to join the Midlands Super Hub in Crick, delivering automation leadership, fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement across the site. You will guide system upgrades, ensure safety compliance, and mentor engineers in best practices.

As Royal Mail Engineering continues to evolve and expand, we are looking for a AGV Subject Matter Expert to join our team at our Midlands Super hub and play a key role in shaping the future of automation. In this hands-on role, the AGV subject matter expert provides expert guidance and support across the site and drives automation projects, process optimisation, fault finding, and innovation.
