£55,649 basic salary, plus a circa £9,000 annual shift allowance (based on current shift pattern), up to 10% annual bonus, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.

As Royal Mail Engineering continues to evolve and expand, we are looking for a AGV Subject Matter Expert to join our team at our Midlands Super hub and play a key role in shaping the future of automation. In this hands-on role, the AGV subject matter expert provides expert guidance and support across the site and drives automation projects, process optimisation, fault finding, and innovation.
Panama shift working, 2 weeks of days (07:00 - 19:00) and 2 weeks of nights (19:00 - 07:00)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Friday to Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
