Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited are recruiting multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers for a leading parcel network in Crawley (RH10). Shifts run 1300-2030, Monday to Friday with 12-hour days and on-site work.

Rates are £20.34 per hour Mon-Fri with overtime £25.25, Saturday £23.52, Sunday £26.25; rates include holiday pay. Requirements include valid Tachograph, CPC, 12 months Class 1 experience, and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Tachograph & CPC and have at least 12 months Class 1 experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points; no DD/IN/DR/DN/TT endorsements.
• Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts 1300-2030, Monday to Friday.

Drivers shifts:

• 1300-2030 starts
• Monday to Friday
• Average 12-hour shift
• Monday to Friday - £20.34 per hour
• Overtime (After 8 hours) - £25.25 per hour
• Saturday - £23.52 per hour
• Overtime (After 8 hours) - £25.25 per hour
• Sunday - £26.25 per hour
• Please note these rates are inclusive of holiday pay

HGV Class 1 Driver main duties will include:

• Conducting Vehicle checks
• Trunking work to depots and Hubs
• Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

HGV Class 1 Driver requirements:

• A presentable appearance, an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
• Hold a valid, in date Tachograph & CPC
• Must have at least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver
