Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply basis with the potential to become permanent, and work collaboratively across primary schools to provide exceptional academic and pastoral support.

You will plan and deliver small group interventions, differentiate curriculum resources, co-manage classroom activities with the class teacher, and monitor student progress to accelerate learning.

Assessment & Feedback: Monitor, record, and report on student progress, offering constructive feedback to teachers and parents to accelerate learning.

Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour, independence, and self-esteem using proactive, nurturing techniques.
