Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Manchester. Immediate opportunities in both full-time and part-time roles across a range of schools.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent, have recent UK primary experience and be capable of delivering reading, phonics, English and maths interventions while supporting pupils pastorally and academically.

Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity?

Aspire People are currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Manchester.

Schools are now back and we're seeing a range of support staff requirements, from general classroom support through to targeted interventions and 1:1 work.

We're particularly interested in Level 3 practitioners who have recent UK school experience and can confidently support pupils both academically and pastorally.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group classroom support
• Delivering Reading, Phonics, English and Maths interventions
• Supporting pupils with SEND
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation
• Supporting differentiated learning
• Monitoring pupil progress
• Feeding back to teaching staff
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
• Working alongside teachers and wider support staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Recent UK primary school experience
• Experience delivering interventions
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, proactive and reliable approach

Experience supporting SEND or SEMH pupils would be particularly advantageous.
