Job summary

Superdrug is looking for a part-time Supervisor to lead our store team and drive great customer service. You will help manage daily operations, support sales goals, and develop team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work 16 hours per week with flexible evening and weekend shifts, contributing to a positive customer experience and store results.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the store team to meet targets and deliver great service.
• Help drive sales and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the store looks its best.
• Assist in reducing shrinkage and till errors.
• Support the management team to keep the store running smoothly.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
