Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Sheffield is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team. You’ll drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and support day-to-day store operations while developing staff. The role offers 20 hours per week with potential for more hours.

Based in the Sheffield city area, you will help manage stock, maintain store standards, and contribute to hitting targets. Training is provided for any additional duties and piercing services.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in a fast-paced environment to achieve targets.
• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support management with day-to-day store operations and merchandising.
• Help control stock, shrinkage and till accuracy.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
