Job summary

North Wales Housing is seeking a motivated Neighbourhood Officer (Part-time) to deliver housing management services across a neighbourhood patch, address anti-social behaviour, and collaborate to improve services for residents.

You will provide housing advice, ensure health and safety compliance, complete welcome visits for new residents, and maintain a high level of service. Hybrid working with 1 day remote is offered in Conwy.

We’re seeking a motivated individual who is prepared to work on various aspects across housing management functions, including support alongside enforcement to address anti-social behaviour, complete scheme inspections and gas access visits, deal with matters relating to occupation contracts.
