Job summary

Search Recruitment Group in Clydebank is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a fantastic hotel team on an ongoing, long-term temporary basis. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, performing prep and service duties within a supportive, fast-paced kitchen.

Shifts run 2pm–9pm, with enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays, and weekly pay. This role offers a strong work-life balance, reliable hours, and a collaborative kitchen environment ideal for developing your skills.

Qualifications

• Previous chef de partie experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service demands.
• Adherence to kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out food preparation to ensure everything is ready for service.
• Supporting during busy service periods, ensuring dishes are sent out efficiently and to a high standard.
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily kitchen tasks.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Assisting with stock control and reducing waste where possible.

What you'll be doing:
