BaxterStorey is seeking a passionate and reliable Chef De Partie to join our team in Inchinnan, United Kingdom. This varied role combines kitchen duties with front-of-house service and daily operational support.

You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, assist with food preparation, and ensure high standards of food quality and service. A great opportunity to grow within a dynamic catering team at BaxterStorey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy catering/hospitality environment preferred, however full training will be given.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to support both kitchen and general assistant duties as part of the wider team.
• Strong food preparation and service skills with good attention to detail.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple areas of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation, service, and maintaining food quality standards.
• Serve customers at the counter and provide excellent customer service during breakfast and lunch service.
• Operate tills, handle cash/card payments, and assist with daily cashing up.
• Update daily menu tablets, digital screens, and promotional media.
• Ensure counters and displays are clean, stocked, and well presented throughout service.
• Support stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Be flexible and support all areas of the catering operation as required.
