Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking a Project Worker to support clients who have moved on from 24-hour hostel services into eight Westminster properties. You will provide practical and emotional support as clients develop independence, maintain accommodation and move toward stability.

Responsibilities include caseload management, one-to-one support, housing and benefits assistance, and liaison with external agencies across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with homeless clients or vulnerable adults.
• Experience in supported housing, hostels or similar services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident managing a caseload independently.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations and be on your feet.
• Person-centred, proactive and able to build positive relationships with clients.

Role

• Experience within supported housing, hostels or similar services.

• Person-centred, proactive and able to build positive relationships with clients.
