Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an Outreach Worker to join a homelessness service in Westminster on a temporary ongoing basis. The role focuses on engaging rough sleepers and vulnerable adults to move towards sustainable accommodation.

You will conduct outreach, assess needs, develop personalised support plans, and help clients access accommodation, healthcare, benefits and other essential services, while working with local authorities and partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within homelessness, outreach, supported housing, or floating support services.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, or rough sleeping.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay

We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Worker to join a dedicated homelessness service in Westminster on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional who is passionate about helping people experiencing homelessness and supporting individuals with complex needs to engage with services and move towards sustainable accommodation.
